Musical Theater Camp
Session I: June 25 - July 6
Session II: July 9 - 20
Session III: July 23 - August 3
9am-3pm
$600 for Session I/$650 for Session II or III
Save $50 if you pay in full by May 1, 2012!!!

This year's theme is Have Song, Will Travel! All of our songs this year will be about travel or places - places here in America, all over the world, or even in your imagination! Some of the songs we'll be performing this summer are:

"Out There" (Barnum), "Edelweiss" (The Sound of Music), "We Open in Venice" (Kiss Me Kate), "Beautiful City" (Godspell), "Here on Who" (Seussical), "Good Morning Baltimore" (Hairspray), "I'm on My Way" (Paint Your Wagon), "A Whole New World" (Alladin), "Lambeth Walk" (Me and My Girl), "Merry Old Land of Oz" (Wizard of Oz), "NYC" (Annie), "Big D" (Most Happy Fella), "The New World" (Songs for a New World), "Transylvania Mania" (Young Frankenstein), "Camelot" (Camelot), "Solla Sollew" (Seussical), "Muddy Water" (Big River), "On Broadway" (Smokey Joe's Cafe), "As We Stumble Along" (Drowsy Chaperone), "One Short Day" (Wicked), "Madrid Is My Mama" (Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown), "Under the Sea" (Little Mermaid), "42nd Street" (42nd Street), "Jet Set" (Catch Me if You Can), "Travel Song" (Shrek) and "In the Heights" (In the Heights).

Morning Session - In the morning we participate in skill-based classes in dance, acting and musical theater.

Lunch - During nice weather we will eat on the patio at Zita's; campers can bring money for ice cream.

Wildcard Session - After lunch there will be a "wildcard" session in which we do something different each day. Past wildcards have includes: master classes with Billy Elliot’s Stephanie Kurtzuba, master classes with film, T.V. and Broadway casting directors Paul Russell and Bobby Cline, workshop with technical director Brian Lynch, Hip-Hop Choreography, Theater Dance with Laura Chaneski, Playwriting, Poster Design, Musical Theater History and Voice Class. .

Afternoon Session (Performance Workshop) - For the last two hours of camp we will be in our Performance Workshop, where we will be preparing for our performance which will be held on the Friday night at the end of each session.

Jazz Camp
August 6 - 10
11am-2pm
$300

At Jazz Camp we perform material from the greatest composers in American music: Duke Ellington, Charlie Parker, Herbie Hancock, Horace Silver and much more. We also learn about improvising - at Jazz Camp everyone takes solos! Jazz Camp culminates in a performance at Crossroads in Garwood.
Group I: Grades 6-8, Group II: Grades 9-12

Rock Camp
August 13 - 17
11am-2pm
$300

At Rock Camp we perform popular music from greats like The Beatles, AC/DC, Aerosmith, James Brown and much more. All students are also encouraged (but not required) to be singers as well! Rock Camp culminates in a performance at Crossroads in Garwood.
Must have one year of playing experience. Grouping based on experience.

All-Girl Band Camp
August 20 - 24
11am-2pm
$300

All-Girl Band Camp is for girls only - with music by girls only! We perform music by Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, Blondie, and much more. All-Girl Camp culminates in a performance at Crossroads in Garwood.
Must have one year of playing experience. Grouping based on experience.
