It's Summer Camp Registration Time!

Registration is now underway for a whole host of summer camps to fit your student's talents and interests! Click on the Summer Camp tab on the green ribbon above, or on this link for more information and TO REGISTER for one or more of the following amazing camps:

Performing Arts Camps
Our wildly popular Musical Theater Camp is the perfect way for students of all ages to sing, dance, and act their way through the summer! We offer three 2-week sessions that culminate in a fabulous onstage show on Friday night (as shown in the photo above). Led by Broadway Musical Director Joe Elefante, this camp is a phenomenal experience for every student!

Are summer toes longing to dance? Does the urge to act overwhelm? Or maybe it's a little of both. Our Dance Intensive/Acting Onstage Combo solves the problem. Choose one or both of these fantastic 1-week camps.

For the preschool set, try our NEW Broadway Babies Camp! What could be cuter...or more fun?

Music Camps
Instrumentalists and singers get to choose from among three swinging/rocking camps this summer. Jazz Camp, Rock Camp, and All-Girl Rock Camp are back! Learn to improvise, take solos, and jam to some of the coolest music ever written! Then take your act to the stage at a Friday night gig at The Crossroads in Garwood!

We have "the Method" for You!

Elefante Music is pleased to announce a brand new program of string instruction in the world-famous "Suzuki Method":
The Suzuki "Pre-Twinkle" Violin class (ages 3-6)!
This is the class that so many of you have been asking us for!
Both the young student (ages 3-6) and his or her parent/caregiver will take part in this wonderful class, led by noted Suzuki instructor Mengwei Shen!

Elefante Music will run 15 weeks of convenient daytime classes on Thursdays from March 6 to June 19. There are FOUR 45-minute class times to choose from: Thursdays 10:15-11:00am; 11:00-11:45am; 12:30-1:15pm; and 1:15-2:00pm

Young beginners start in a group class using a foam violin and other props to practice pre-violin motor skills as well as explore rhythm and pitch through listening, clapping, and singing. Both foam and real violins will be provided for in-class use. As young students learn and demonstrate prerequisite handling skills, parents/caregivers may be advised to begin renting real violins. Violins can be rented at affordable prices right at Elefante Music.

The small group instruction format is an optimal learning situation that suits young attention spans and allows for learning by observation and environment. Instruction for the parent/caregiver is included to support an enjoyable learning environment and to allow the adult to assist in serving as “practice coach” during the week.
